I would like to thank the team at Vinci for designing and manufacturing a glove in the memory of my mother Bertha M. Barnes. In my mother’s younger years she played in a softball league and she also enjoyed watching baseball games on television. When my mother met my brother Peter John, her adopted son, she enjoyed hearing his New York accent and the stories that he would tell. It reminded her of when she lived in New York. My mother also met Ma and Pops Vinci at one of the gatherings at my house last summer. She was very impressed with Ma and Pops Vinci and knew that they would always have my back in a time of need.
She knew my extended family, the Vinci family, were dedicated to family values and friends and cared about making a positive impact in the world.
Again, Pop Vinci, I thank you for designing and honoring my mother with her own glove the BMB-L, my family greatly appreciates you and the rest of the Vinci Family.

Our eternal love and gratitude,
The Barnes Family
