The BV1150-M is great for pitcher/infield positions. It has very deep pockets so a pitcher will have no trouble hiding the ball and the Pro Guard palm pad helps eliminate discomfort by protecting the palm while also extending to the index middle and ring finger. The Mesh Series is lighter weight and balances on the hand well. The lighter weight combined with the mesh minimize hand perspiration to keep the players hand cool and comfortable.
